Mining and construction machinery usually works in mountains and deserts, far from ordinary living areas, sometimes as deep as 2,000 metres underground. The equipment covers a wide range, from ore crushing and cutting machines to screening, loading and conveying equipment, and most of it runs continuously, 24 hours a day.
