Turntable bearings are critical support and rotation components in industrial equipment. Correct selection and installation directly affect equipment accuracy, service life and reliability.

Select the bearing type according to speed, load, temperature, corrosion resistance, material, dimensions and installation space. Common designs include four-point contact ball, double-row angular-contact, tapered roller and spherical roller bearings.

For YRT turntable bearings, seat the bearing evenly, tighten flange bolts in a diagonal sequence and control the installation torque. If rotation is abnormal, loosen the bolts and retighten them in three diagonal stages. Use suitable lithium grease, inspect preload and seals regularly, lubricate more frequently in dusty or humid environments, and store the bearing in a dry, clean place.
